As soon as we read that many renowned OC athletes drink coconut water as a recovery drink, and for its health benefit here, we decided to give it (another) try. And by far, our favorite tasting brand is ZICO pure premium coconut water. ZICO says it has more potassium than a banana, natural electrolytes, and no fat or added sugar. It’s available in natural, lima citron and pomberry flavors. Now packaged in environmentally friendly bottles. Costs $2.79 per bottle. We’ve found ZICO locally at Whole Foods and Mother’s Markets
